Harajuku Barbie PTU Tutorial


This tutorial was written by me, any resemblance to any other tutorial is completely unintentional. PSP version used: PSP X2

Supplies:
Tube- I'm using an awesome work of FourXsDesigns. this tube and others like it can be purchased at PTE with a proper license. 
Scrap Kit of choice- I used the Harajuku Barbie by Karra, you can find out more about it on her blog Karra's Kreative Korner
Template-Divine Intentionz template 377 which you can find HERE
Font- Aagstock

Filters- 
     VanDerLee> Unplugged-X
dsb flux> Bright Noise
Lokas Software> Metal 
Eye Candy 4000> Gradient Glow

Ok lets get started! :) 
Open up your template, and grow canvas size to 700 x 700. 
Now for the papers: 
Paper12, resize 70%, duplicate. 
Thin rectangle, select all, float, defloat, invert, back to paper layer, delete. 
Do the same with the other thin rectangle. 
Paper3, resize 80%, rectangle, repeat steps above. 
Paper2, oval, repeat steps above. 
Paper7, resize 80%, square, repeat steps above. 
Paper15, smaller rectangle, repeat steps above. 

Now open your tube, resize as you want, and select all on the square. Float, defloat, invert, your tube layer. 
Erase excess tubing. 
Open up close up tube layer, duplicate, mirror, and move it here you want it. Merge down.
Smaller rectangle, select all, float, defloat, invert, merged tube layer, delete. 
Duplicate twice. 
Top layer, Adjust>Blur> Gaussian Blur, 2. Screen. 
VanDerLee> Unplugged-X> Interlace with these settings: 

Middle layer, soft light, with same Interlace settings above.  
Bottom layer, Normal, with opacity at 30%
BG layer of that rectangle, dsb flux> Bright Noise- Mixed, 40.
 Repeat twice. 

Now for the elements: 
Bow1, resize 40%
Lips, resize 60%
Brad2, resize 30%
Brad3, resize 30%
Sparkles, resize 80%, duplicate, flip. 
Turntable, resize 60%, mirror. 
Microphone, resize 30%, flip, free rotate 20, left. 
Bolt, resize 20%
Ipod1, resize 30%
Flower3, resize 40%
Flower2, resize 20%
Boombox2, resize 40%
Abstract, resize 90%, duplicate, flip. 

Now for the font: 
I used Aagstock, 200 px. with black as the BG and #6fbde3 for the FG. 
Lokas Software> Metal with these settings: 

and then Eye Candy 4000> Gradient Glow with these settings: 

Add your shadowing to all layers, and copyright and license #, and BAM!!!! You're done!
